preparation being the initial focus of McManus in 1970, it has become
our specialty and consists of 55% of all our projects. Our site preparation
projects range from parking lots to building and road foundation. Our
team has the capacity to work from start to finish - Grading, Excavation,

our expertise in commercial and government drainage work. Drainage services
range from demolition and installation to piping for roadways, subdivisions,
and parking lots.

LANDFILL
McManus Construction owns and operates a permitted Type III Construction/Demolition Debris and Wood Waste Landfill. Due to Hurricane Laura, the landfill is now open 7 days a week from 7 AM to 5 PM. The landfill accepts construction and demolition debris as well as wood waste. The landfill is well maintained and can be accessed during wet weather. The cost is $7.50 per yard for tree debris and vegetation. The cost for construction debris is $9.00 per yard. We cannot accept furniture, food waste, carpet, appliances, tires, batteries or hazardous material. There is an operator available to remove waste from trailers for an additional charge of $50.
